Capturing Model Portraits

While in Austin, TX last month, I took the opportunity to capture portraits for 2 local models. I asked each why they were exploring modeling. Karissa expressed a desire to create more body positivity around plus size models by doing it herself. From my perspective, I could tell she had been practicing poses and looks for modeling. And it showed in her photos.

Cam moved here from the east coast, and has decided to try many things while he still decides what he wants to focus on. He was very open to feedback on when I suggested how to improve a pose or what I thought was a better pose for him

personally. This was an awesome and fun experience for all of us.
